CSD Job Position Descriptions

Office assistants are an integral part of the daily operation of the CSD. Office assistants in the CSD not only assist with general office duties as directed by a supervisor, but also provide general assistance to students with disabilities. If you would like more information on the position and its availability, please contact Wade Gibbs at wade.gibbs@uconn.edu or (860) 486-2020, or visit our office in the Wilbur Cross Building, Room 201.

Readers provide an essential service to students who have difficulty accessing printed materials. If course materials are needed in an audio format and they are not already available, the CSD will hire students to read the material onto tape. The CSD provides the reader with a schedule outlining when materials must be completed. Readers must be able to read clearly and follow the schedule outlined by the CSD. If you are interested, please contact Christine Morello at christine.morello@uconn.edu or (860) 486-2020, or visit our office in the Wilbur Cross Building, Room 201.
